The large North America power failure is a large power failure of absorbing in the northeast United States across the United States and Canada and the world's largest scale on August 14, 2003. In the United States, vistims are forty million. In Canada, they are ten million. The sum total of this vistims are fifty million.
In New York, Cleveland, Detroit, Toronto, and Ottawa, especially, workers and scholars became victims because of traffic jam. Also, August is midsummer. Although, people could not use air conditioner and electric fan.
There are various opinion about the cause of the large North America Power failure. Now, the most strongest cause is that down to the control system of power supply. Therefore, chain reaction was happened, and large damege was caused.
